Islam And Health
“Islam is a complete religion (way of life) and a complete package for healthy life”, says Dr. Anwarulhaq Jabarkhail, president of Ibne Sina a reputed organisation based in Afghanistan. He was in Jaipur recently to deliver a lecture on “ISLAM AND HEALTH”, organised by Rajasthan National Forum.
Health, according to the World Health Organisation, is a state of wellbeing physically, mentally and socially. He was of the opinion that in order to be healthy, one has to believe in One God. According to him, this belief leads to a stress free life, which is the key to health.
He said that everything that is harmful to health is haram in Islam, whatever is beneficial for health is halal, and in fact, everything that Allah has created on this earth is exactly for health. Before creating us, Allah made all the preparations suitable for our life, he said. He created the sun the moon, the earth and so on to make life possible for us, he added. He was surprised that we eat and drink every time and every day but no educational curriculum includes nutrition as a subject. He insisted on teaching nutrition as a subject in all schools so as we could nurture a healthy generation.
Dr. Jabarkhail stressed on reading Quraan for becoming a good doctor as, every verse of the holy Quraan is for health. He said that Allah made 5 times Namaz (Islamic way of praying) obligatory on us exactly for our health, as we wash our hands, face and feet every time we prepare for Namaz, this makes us healthy. When we recite the verses of Quran we feel ourselves near to Allah, it makes us stress free and fearless, that leads to mental health, Allah doesn’t need us to pray, it is only for our health. Similarly, he said, zakat purifies our economy and again, it ensures peace of mind.
He said that there are some basic questions that arise in the mind of every human being as, who am I? who has created me and for what purpose? what is the meaning of life? what kind of strategy I have to pursue in my life so that I can be a very successful and very healthy human being? what is going to happen to this world? and what happens to me when I go from this world? and many other questions as well, one can find answers to all these queries in the holy Quran. A doctor studies for a long time in an institution, than how come he smokes and consumes alcohol? he asked. It is Islam that prohibits smoking and orders a Muslim to abandon alcohol, he said. He was sure that if you are unable to maintain your health in this world, it is not possible for you to be healthy in the hereafter.
“Only the Creator can give a complete manual about His creation, as He only knows how it works well and what harms it”, said Engineer Muhammad Saleem, Rajasthan state president of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind. Islam teaches a very clear concept of health, hence it is impossible for a person to be a Muslim an go around dirty at the same time, he said. He said that Islam promotes healthy living, the traditions of the holy prophet Muhammad (pbuh) teach us that we should eat only when we really need to and never eat more than the requirement of the body. He quoted the Hadith “eat in one third of your stomach and leave one third for water and another for air.”
He said that alcohol is strictly prohibited in Islam as it destroys our physical, mental, social and economic health. Blood and dead are also prohibited, as consumption of blood is injurious to health and we all know that when an animal dies it soon begins to decompose and no longer remains safe for a human being. Mr. Saleem said that the sense of being responsible and accountable before the Creator is assurance to good health as it induces a state of happiness and fearlessness. He said that when we know where to go and the path is clear before us, there is no blurring of vision; we can proceed without any fear. On the other hand, if we don’t know where to go and the way is not clear before us, we will hesitate on every turn, as which direction to go; similarly if we know that we are destined to go to the other world after we die, appear before our creator and be accounted for our deeds, we become sure about what to do and what not to. This makes us brave and a person of vision.
He said that suicide is haram in Islam that is why committing suicide is rare among the Muslims. One can ponder over the fact, that if Islam prohibits taking one’s own life, how it can allow killing innocent people. One of the basic concepts of Islam is ‘Taqdeer’-destiny- therefor a true believer, after doing whatever efforts he can, leaves the outcome on Allah, this keeps him or her free from tensions. Belief in one God can revert even biggest of the shocks in life, he said.

मानव गरिमा के रक्षकः हज़रत मुहम्मद स.
गरिमा एवं सम्मान मनुष्य
को उसके सृष्टा ने दिया है। यह अधिकार उसे इस लिये नहीं मिला है कि उसने कोई विशेष
कर्म किये थे, बल्कि जन्म से ही मिला है। उसका मनुष्य होना ही उसे स्वतः सम्मान एवं गरिमा का
अधिकारी बनाता है। मनुष्य ईश्वर की सर्वश्रेष्ठ कृति है अतः उसे सृष्टि की अन्य रचनाओं
पर वरीयता प्राप्त है। अतः ईश्वर ने यह निश्चित कर दिया कि मनुष्य ईश्वर के अतिरिक्त
किसी के आगे नहीं झुकेगा। यही मनुष्य का सबसे बड़ा सम्मान है।
ईश्वर ने मनुष्य को
पैदा करने से पहले ही उसके जीवित रहने के लिये संसाधन पैदा किये। फिर उसे बुद्धि और
विवेक प्रदान किया। सही और ग़लत का निर्णय करने की क्षमता दी और यही नहीं पहले मनुष्य
को अपना प्रतिनिधि एवं संदेशवाहक नियुक्त कर के मनुष्य के लिये मार्गदर्शन का भी प्रबन्ध
किया। इसके बाद भी, जैसे जैसे मनुष्य का विकास होता गया और उसे नई-नई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा, ईश्वर ने फिर मनुष्यों
ही में से सर्वश्रेष्ठ लोगों को अपना दूत नियुक्त कर के हर युग में उसके मार्गदर्शन
का प्रबन्ध किया। हर उस स्थान पर जहाँ मनुष्य बसते थे, ईश्वर ने अपने दूत
भेजे। सबसे अन्त में, जब मानव ने इतना विकास कर लिया कि वह ज्ञान को सुरक्षित रखना सीख गया, ईश्वर ने अपने अन्तिम
दूत के रूप में हज़रत मुहम्मद (उन पर ईश्वर की असीम कृपा एवं शान्ति हो) को चुना।
मानव गरिमा का सबसे
महत्वपूर्ण पहलू मानव के अधिकार हैं जो उसे बिना किसी भेद के मात्र मनुष्य होने के
कारण प्राप्त हैं। हज़रत मुहम्मद स. पर अवतरित ईश-वाणी (क़ुरआन) में ईश्वर कहता है
”हमने आदम की संतान
को गरिमा प्रदान की है और उन्हें धरती और सागर में वाहन दिये और उन्हें पवित्र वस्तुएं
जीवन निर्वाह के लिए दीं तथा अपनी अनेकानेक रचनाओं पर उन्हें वरीयता प्रदान की।“ -क़ुरआनः17-70
हज़रत मुहम्मद स. से
पहले अरब ही नहीं सारे संसार में मानव गरिमा तार-तार की जा रही थी। शक्तिशाली लोग कमज़ोरों
पर अत्याचार कर रहे थे। सारे अधिकार केवल उच्च कुल के लोगों के लिए आरक्षित थे और अन्य
लोगों को तो जीने तक का अधिकार नहीं था। हज़रत मुहम्मद स. ने कहा कि मनुष्यों में कोई
ऊँचा या नीचा नहीं बल्कि तुम सब आदम की संतान हो। तुम्हारा पिता भी एक ही है और तुम्हारा
सृष्टा और पालनहार भी एक ही है। जो अधिकार एक धनवान और बलशाली को प्राप्त हैं वही एक
निर्धन एवं कमज़ोर को भी प्राप्त हैं।
क़ुरआन ने मनुष्यों की जान को दूसरे के “लिये आदर योग्य“ ठहराया, कहा “जिसने किसी एक निर्दोष मनुष्य की हत्या की मानो उसने सारी मानवता
की हत्या कर दी और जिसने एक मनुष्य की जान बचाई मानो उसने सारी मानवता को जीवन दे दिया।”-क़ुरआनः5:32 । हज़रत मुहम्मद स.
ने एक बार पवित्र घर काबा के सामने खड़े हो कर कहा “ऐ काबा! तू निश्चय ही सबसे पवित्र और सम्माननीय
है परन्तु ईश्वर की दृष्टि में उस पर विश्वास करने वाले मनुष्य का जीवन और सम्पत्ति
कहीं अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है।”
उस समय मनुष्यों को दास के रूप में बेचा और ख़रीदा जाता था। उन्हें किसी प्रकार
के अधिकार प्राप्त न थे, यहाँ तक कि दास के
स्वामी को उसकी बिना कारण हत्या करने तक का अधिकार था। हज़रत मुहम्मद स. ने कहा कि
ये दास भी तुम्हारे भाई हैं अतः तुम जो खाओ, इन्हें खिलाओ और जो पहनो इन्हें पहनाओ। दासों को स्वतंत्र कराना बहुत बड़ा पुण्य
कार्य ठहराया। यहाँ तक कि अरब से दास प्रथा ही समाप्त हो गई। धनवानों से कहा गया कि
जो कुछ तुम कमाते हो उसमें निर्धनों और असहायों का भी हिस्सा है, अतः उन की आवश्यकताएं पूरी करना तुम्हारा कर्तव्य
है और ऐसा कर के तुम उन पर कोई एहसान नहीं कर रहे हो।
नारी को बराबरी का
स्थान दिया, कहा कि स्त्रियाँ तुम्हारे
लिये और तुम उनके लिये परिधान के समान हो जो सौंदर्य बढ़ाता और रक्षा भी करता है। अरब
में उन दिनों बेटियों को पैदा होते ही मार दिया जाता था, हज़रत मुहम्मद स. ने कहा कि जो बेटी की परवरिश करेगा, बेटे और बेटी में अन्तर नहीं करेगा वह मरने के बाद स्वर्ग में जाएगा। बेटी को वह
सम्मान मिला जिसका उसे वास्तव में अधिकार था। नारी को सम्पत्ति रखने, कमाने और अपनी मरज़ी से ख़र्च करने का अधिकार दिया। पिता और पति की सम्पत्ति की
उत्तराधिकारिणी बनाया। हर व्यक्ति को विचार व्यक्त करने की स्वतंत्रता दी ओर अपनी पसंद
का धर्म अपनाने का अधिकार दिया। क़ुरआन में कहा गया कि धर्म में कोई ज़ोर ज़बरदस्ती
नहीं है, पथभ्रष्टता एवं मार्गदर्शन
दोनों अलग अलग बता दिये गए हैं अतः जो कोई चाहे अपनी मर्ज़ी का रास्ता चुन सकता है।
इस प्रकार हज़रत मुहम्मद स. ने मानव मात्र को वह गरिमा दी जिसका वह वास्तव में अधिकारी
था।
आज फिर से मानव गरिमा
को बहुत बड़ा संकट उत्पन्न हो गया है। मनुष्यों की जान, माल, इज़्ज़त, आबरू सब ख़तरे में
हैं। आज हर शक्तिशाली कमज़ोर को सारे अधिकारों से वंचित कर देना चाहता है। जिन्हें
हम अपना मार्गदर्शक समझते हैं उन्होंने भी हमें धोखा दिया, कहीं अपने जैसे मनुष्यों
के आगे झुका दिया तो कभी अन्य निर्जीव वस्तुओं आदि के आगे। आज फिर से मनुष्य को उन्ही
जीवन दायिनी शिक्षाओं की आवश्यकता है जो आज से साढ़े चौदह सौ साल पहले हज़रत मुहम्मद स. ने दी थीं। तभी मनुष्य की खोई हुई गरिमा और सम्मान
उसे वापस मिल सकता है।
Areas Of Cooperation Between Muslims & Believers In Eastern Religions
Islam means complete Surrender and Obedience
Islam means complete surrender to the will of the only creator and cherisher of the universe known and unknown to us. Islam commands its believers to propagate virtues and strive to eradicate evils, without doing this a person can’t be true Muslim.
Equality and Unity of Mankind
Another Basic value which Islam orders to establish is the equality of human beings and complete rejection of any right to have superiority of any group of human beings over others except piousness and godliness. As God has revealed in his last revelation Quran:
“O, Mankind! We created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes so that you might come to know each other. The noblest among you in God’s sight is the one who is most God fearing and obedient. God is All Knowing, All aware.” (49:13)
The whole mankind is the progeny of single couple, the Adam and the Eve, this is the strongest bond which unites the mankind.
Islam Commands solidarity and cooperation among people:
In Quran God has ordered:
“Help each other in virtues, righteousness and piety but don’t help each other in evil and transgression.” (5:2)
Cooperation and helping each other despite of difference of faith in spreading virtues and godliness is not only allowed but ordered.
Islam Protects Freedom of Choice and Action
God has given complete freedom to take choice and action. Our creator has given this freedom the utmost importance and has protected this freedom. God has shown the paths with Light and Darkness, paths which leads to true Success and Failure and he has given sufficient faculty to think and ponder, but he has not imposed anything upon us. The reward and punishment would be according to our decisions. Therefore the true believers of Islam will respect the right to differ and choosing the way of their choice despite of disagreement.
Areas of Cooperation
Since, the believers of Islam have been commanded to respect the right to differ, freedom of choice and action, and to cooperate and assist in all acts of virtues and righteousness. Therefore, Despite of differences in concept of God, the prophethood and the life after death the believers of Islam and the other eastern religions such as Hinduism and its various sects, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism can work together and cooperate each other on many common issues. More correctly, Muslims and believers of the above religions can work together on almost all issues except a few, related to faith and rituals. This is because they share common values such as Morality, the purity of soul, love for not only human beings but for all living things, concern for the downtrodden, the needy and the have-nots and zeal for sharing the grief and sorrow of all living things. Some of the areas in which the Muslims and the believers of other religions can work together are as following:
Establishing Morality
Islam and the other religions give stress upon establishing moral values in personal, collective and public life. All of us feel strongly that despite of material, scientific and technological development, we as a society, as a country or as a citizen of this world can’t be stronger and live in peace and harmony and cannot achieve peace in hearts without establishing moral values. The true progress and development is not possible without morality. We are all highly concerned about the continuous moral degradation in all walks of life and as a result, sinking in the sea of grief, mutual suspicion, animosity and even confrontation, generating a world with more oppression, exploitation and hegemony. Though we differ in ways and motivating factors to achieve and establish morality but this common concern can certainly make the world better than existing one. We can certainly work together for
· Firstly trying to lead a life based on morality and become an example for others and Propagating and establishing Moral Values such as Honesty, Hard work, Mutual Love, Respect and Trust, inculcating tolerance and respect for difference of opinions and faiths in the society particularly the youth.
· Creating awareness and lead the society towards the politics based on morality by encouraging people with good character to be elected as peoples representatives and discouraging people with bad character.
· Creating Awareness among the people to create the educational and economical system based on morality.
· To work for true scientific, technological Development and the true progress with humanitarian face without creating ecological and environmental imbalances.
· Creating common Forums for this purpose might be beneficial.
Working Against Evils
We all are concerned about the social and national evils and it is our religious duty also to strive for eradication of these evils. We can work jointly against social and national evils such as :
· Wine, Drug addiction, Dowry, Female Foeticide, untouchability, discrimination based on gender, Lavish living, Materialism, Nude and Vulgar Culture, Atrocities on women and other weaker sections, ill treatment of old age parents etc.
· Corruption, Communalism, Fascism, Regionalism etc.
Help and Service to Needy Human Beings
According to Islam a Muslim is bound to extend help and assistance to all needy human beings irrespective of cast, creed and religion. According to the saying of the last Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) “The whole creation is the family of God.” also “Have mercy upon those on the earth, The Lord of Heavens will bestow mercy upon you.” According to the Hindu scriptures also, “All living beings on the earth are a single family.” There is strong motivation in almost all religions to help and serve mankind. Therefore we all should work together for:
· Helping the Needy in the society.
· Working jointly at the time of natural or men made Calamities.
Bridging Gaps of Misunderstandings and Ignorance about each other
· Interacting with each other and understanding the faith, ideologies and cultures of each other to minimize the distances and suspicions and to strengthen the mutual trust and fraternity.
· Activities such as Interfaith Dialogue and joint fora to interact with each other to facilitate better understanding of each other’s faith, traditions and culture.
Joint Studies and Research
There is a strong need to initiate joint studies and research on religious texts and religious personalities, particularly in Indian sub continental environment in order to create better understanding of each other. Hence some research centres may be established where literature related to all religions is kept and research scholars may be encouraged to pursue their research, which would certainly highlight the common root of all the religions.

पूंजीवादी साम्राज्यवाद और हमारा देश
एक ओर जहाँ, बहुमंज़िला इमारतें, फोर लेन और सिक्स लेन सड़कें, ऊँचे-ऊँचे फ्लाई ओवर्स, चमचमाती कारें, विश्व स्तर के हवाई अड्डे, बड़े-बड़े माल्स हैं, वहीं गंदी झुग्गी झोंपड़ियाँ, आज़ादी से ले कर आज तक सड़क और बिजली की राह तकते गाँव, आत्महत्या करते किसान, चिकित्सा के अभाव में दम तोड़ते बच्चे-बूढ़े-जवान, ग़रीबी, भुखमरी, बेराज़गारी।
यह तस्वीर है हमारे देश की। आदिवासियों, ग़रीबों और ग्रामीणों को उनकी ज़मीनों से वंचित किया जा रहा है। अब तक 6 करोड़ लोगों को सेज़ (विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र) के नाम पर बेघर किया गया जिनमें से 80 प्रतिशत का पुनर्वास भी नहीं किया गया। सेज़ के द्वारा कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों का हनन हो रहा है और पूजीपतियों को देश में एक प्रकार की ‘स्वतंत्र रियासतें’ स्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जा रही है जहाँ देश के अधिकांश क़ानून प्रभावी नहीं हैं।
शिक्षा महंगी हो रही है। ग़रीबों के लिए उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करना कठिन से कठिन होता जा रहा है। ‘कारपोरेट शिक्षा’ और शिक्षा में विदेशी निवेश के कारण शिक्षा का उद्देश्य मात्र बड़ी कम्पनियों के लिए मानव संसाधन की तैयारी तक ही सीमित हो कर रह गया है। शिक्षा का रिश्ता हमारी समाजी आवश्यकताओं और नैतिक एवं आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों के साथ कमज़ोर होता जा रहा है। शिक्षा जैसे महत्वपूर्ण क्षैत्र में हमारा ख़र्च आय के अनुपात में अफ्रीक़ा के कई ग़रीब देशों से भी कम है।
हम क्या खाएं और क्या न खाएं यह भी अब पूंजीवादी देशों में तय होता है। खान-पान से ले कर जीवन पद्धति और नैतिक मान्यताओं तक, हर स्थान पर पश्चिमी सभ्यता का वर्चस्व होता जा रहा है। नैतिक दिवालिएपन और आवारगी की स्थिति ने पश्चिमी समाजों को जिस प्रकार खोखला कर दिया है, वह स्थिति हमारे देश में भी आम हो रही है।
हमारे खेतों में क्या उगाया जाए इसका फैसला भी अब हम नहीं पूँजीवादी करते हैं। हाल ही में बी. टी. बैंगन का मामला सामने आया कि किस प्रकार कुछ राज्यों के किसानों को बाक़ायदा इसके लिए आंदोलन करना पड़ा कि उन्हें इसे उगाने पर बाध्य न किया जाए। हमारे देश का किसान चावल की सैकड़ों क़िस्में उगाता आया है, लेकिन अब उसे केवल अमरीकी चावल उगाने पर बाध्य किया जा रहा है।
नारी को मात्र एक यौन खिलौने और विज्ञापन के साधन में बदल कर रख दिया गया है तथा व्यापारिक उद्देश्यों के लिए नारी और उसके शरीर के शोषण ने उस पर अत्यंत घिनौने अत्याचारों की राहें खोल दी हैं।
पर्यावरण का संकट भयावह स्थिति में पहुँच गया है। आज स्थिति यह है कि न हमारा पानी सुरक्षित है और न हवा। पर्यावरण के प्रदूषण ने दुनिया को विनाश के कगार पर ला खड़ा किया है और मानव जाति का अस्तित्व ही ख़तरे में पड़ गया है।
महंगाई अपने चरम को पहुँच रही है। खाने पीने और मूल-भूत आवश्यकता की चीज़ों के दाम जिस तेज़ी से बढ़ रहें हैं उससे देश में अराजकता की स्थिति बन जाने का ख़तरा पैदा हो गया है।
हाल के कुछ वर्षों में देश में दौलत की रेल-पेल तो बढ़ी है लेकिन यह दौलत अन्यायपूर्ण तरीक़े से कुछ धनी लोगों के हाथों में सिमट रही है। इससे देश के ग़रीबों को कोई लाभ नहीं पहुँच रहा है। हमारा देश जी. डी. पी. (सकल घरेलू उत्पाद) में प्रगति के आधार पर दुनिया में दूसरे नम्बर पर है और सर्वाधिक धनी अरबपतियों की संख्या के आधार पर चौथे नम्बर पर और एशिया में पहले नम्बर पर है। लेकिन मानवीय विकास में हम दुनिया में 134वें नम्बर पर हैं। अर्थात् दौलत में इस ज़बर्दस्त वृद्धि के बावजूद जनता की बड़ी संख्या की हालत बद से बदतर होती जा रही है। ग़रीब और ग़रीब होता जा रहा है और अमीर और अमीर होता जा रहा है।
हमारे देश की ग्रामीण अर्थ व्यवस्था चरमरा रही है। देश की दो तिहाई आबादी गाँवों में रहती है अतः ग्रामीण अर्थ व्यवस्था के प्रभावित होने का मतलब इस बड़ी संख्या का गरीबी और अभाव से ग्रस्त हो जाना है। हमारे देश में हर साल 17500 किसान आत्महत्या कर रहे हैं। हमारी प्राथ्मिकताएं भी बदल गई हैं, जन-स्वास्थ्य की वर्तमान स्थिति के अनुसार हमारा देश दुनिया के बदतरीन देशों में से एक है। हर साल हमारे देश में 56 लाख बच्चे उचित चिकित्सा के अभाव में मौत के मुँह में चले जाते हैं। लेकिन इसके बावजूद, जी. डी. पी. के अनुपात में जन-स्वास्थ्य पर ख़र्च के आधार पर विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने जो 175 देशों की सूची तैयार की है उसमें हमारा नम्बर नीचे से पाँचवां है।
हमारा मानना है कि देश की यह स्थिति पूंजीवादी साम्राज्यवाद के कारण हुई है जिसका नैतृत्व आज अमरीका कर रहा है। हम एक बार फिर बड़ी तेज़ी से ग़ुलामी की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं। स्थिति यह है कि हमारी निर्णय लेने और देश के लिए नीतियाँ बनाने की स्वतंत्रता सीमित होती जा रही है।
1991 में हमारे देश में भीषण आर्थिक संकट पैदा हुआ। इस संकट से निकलने के लिए सरकार ने आई. एम. एफ. (अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष) से उसकी शर्तों पर क़र्ज़ लिया। इसके साथ ही हमारा देश भी आर्थिक उदारता के उस रास्ते पर चल पड़ा जिसका परिणाम साम्राज्यवादी शक्तियों का मोहरा बनना और ग़ुलामी और ग़रीबी ही होता है।
परिणामस्वरूप हमारे नीति निर्माताओं ने कृषि और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था पर ध्यान देना कम कर दिया और कल्याणकारी और जन-उपयोगी कार्यों पर ख़र्च कम करने की नीति अपना ली। बाहरी निवेश की अनुमति देना शुरु किया जिसके नतीजे में छोटे उद्योग प्रभावित होने लगे। सरकारी क्षैत्र की बड़ी बड़ी कम्पनियों का निजीकरण प्रारम्भ किया जिससे रोज़गार की समस्या पैदा होने लगी। किराना और सब्ज़ी बेचने जैसे ग़रीबों के व्यापार को बड़ी कम्पनियों के लिए खोल दिया गया। जनता के पैसे का उपयोग अधिकतर बड़े शहरों की सुन्दरता बढ़ाने ओर कम्पनियों के लिए आवश्यक सुविधाओं (पुल, सड़कें, हवाई अड्डे) के लिए किया जाने लगा। विज्ञापनों के द्वारा विदेशी ब्रांड की वस्तुओं का शौक़ पैदा किया गया और फ़िज़ूल ख़र्ची और उपभोक्तावाद की प्रवृत्ति को बढ़ावा दिया गया। सूदी (ब्याज आधारित) क़र्ज़ों और सट्टेबाज़ी को आम किया गया। परिणामतः सारी नीतियाँ बड़े व्यापारियों ओर बहुराष्ट्रीय कम्पनियों के हितों को सामने रख कर बनाई जाने लगीं और देश की बहुसंख्य ग़रीब जनता की उपेक्षा की जाने लगी।
अब तो यह स्पष्ट हो गया है कि हमारा देश आर्थिक, राजनीतिक, सामाजिक एवं सांस्कृतिक रूप से पूंजीवादी शक्तियों का ग़ुलाम हो चुका है। अब भी समय है, हमारी सरकार को इन शक्तियों के दबाव में न आकर स्वतंत्र रूप से फैसले लेने चाहिए और देश की जनता के हितों को सर्वोपरि रखना चाहिए।
